Will my acne go away with Benzaclin, Tretinoin Cream (0.025%), and Doxycycline?

I went to the derm. on Wednesday, and he prescribed these three. Will they really work? How long before my face will be clear? He also recommended I use Dove face wash, since it is gentle.
