Does Senator Ensign support abstinence for everyone or just everyone else?

I agree. At least Barney Frank doesn't tell people not to have with underage boys, and I've never heard Ted Kennedy lecture people about driving drunk and drowning girls in cars, and Bill Clinton never once pretended he didn't enjoy certain of the off-the-books "perks" of being President.
