Why is my husband so rude sometimes?

My Husband and I are still some what newlyweds 3 months will be 2 years. But Lately i seem to be doing everything wrong things are a little stressful with finances but we knew it was going to be like this when we BOTH decided to be full time students. Anyways sometimes things are great and he is the sweetest guy, but others he can just be so rude FOR instance he asked me to watch and learn how to cut his hair the last time he got it cut so i could do it next time. Next time came along 2 months later and the way i remembers wasn't right i guess cause he ended up not even letting me do it , getting mad because he told me to learn, and storming out saying im going to go get a hair cut. He isn't understanding or sensitive to my feelings of inadequacy to him I always feel inferior to him and im always wanting him to make me feel equal and he DOES sometimes but when he doesn't it it hurts even more... What can i do to help ????
