Car vac problem...?

i have a 1989 mustang GT.it is misfiring and rough idle.have replaced plugs,wires,cap and rotor on,control module.also replaced pcv valve and the brake booster valve that goes in booster from the intake vac line.checked all lines no leaks.any input would be apprecated out of ideas....ty
