Does this mean I am approved for unemployment?

I just recently got this status message while checking the claim status online for unemployment in Pennsylvania "Your initial claim has been processed. Please file your biweekly claims as instructed." Does this just mean that the determination was made or does it mean I am approved? Why would they tell me to continue to file my bi weekly claims if a determination was obviously made... unless I was eligible!??
