Cheap, useable, household item, easy, good Christmas gift ideas?

By cheap i mean very cheap (something I can find at home). Something that the person can use at home and wont just be sitting around. Fairly easy and a genuinly nice gift. Ive got paint, felt, some fabric, plaster, paper, beads, wire, little bit of wood, and lots of other craft stuff. Sites are helpful in a project. Any help is greatly appreciated.
