Does my friend have schizotypal personality disorder? If he doesn't, what does he have?

He believes that he was once a ruler of a country called Ensia that he destroyed himself on a planet called Gremech. According to him, his name used to be Ceina Yartanyo. He made up his own language that he calls Ensian. Ceina also happens to be a creature superior to sapiens, but also humanoid in form like elves (or a better example would be Vulcans from Star Trek). My friend thinks Ensian and whoever speaks it has mystical powers. He also liked to go around school dressed up in a cape whenever a special occasion came like pep rally. The main reason why I think he has it is because he has so many girls whom he's acquanted with on the internet that he flirts with all the time, but never chooses to have any serious romantic relationship with them. He only likes women to fool around with them. He'd also been known for fooling around with other guys at one time, but claimed God had turned him into a hetoreual. I fooled around with him once despite his claim of no longer being , because he asked me for it.
