Well w/ the situation were he wont talk 2 u when your bro is around cause he might think that your bro is protective w/ you and guys (like mine) lol.. I honestly dont nthink he likes the other girl cause if he did well then why didnt he show any affection back? (oOoO lol..) he might like you! =) Hope Helped!
