What is "http://rc10.overture.com"? It shows up after "rds yahoo com" and before the http I am going to.?

I see from research that "rds yahoo com" is a search redirect path - but research on "rc10 overture com" gives first a white screen with "To Vip status:ok" and "Server status:ok" in upper left corner, then the page changes to a normal (not blank) page at "http://advertising.yahoo.com/smallbusin… am i being redirected twice before landing where I want to go?
