Why do i have one fast wheel?

If one of the bearings in a wheel is not seated perfectly, it will drag a bit because it is not quite parallel to the shaft. It will usually align with some use but you can also do it ahead of time by setting the board on it's side and twisting the wheel up and down and side to side.
