Where is good to bait fish and camp in scotland?

Strathy on the N coast,Its got some excellent sand dunes for camping right next to the sea.Also it has a small river with loads of little trout and ocasionally sea trout and even salmon.Inland from Strathy there are loads of Lochs,with some good trout in them.Also it,s got a good little lusher just up the hill.
