Underarm temp of 38.3 c, age 2, calpol brought it down from 38.4 c?

should I call the doc? She had calpol 30 mins ago. She slept in till half 9 when she would usually be up at 8am, she is not herself although she has no rash and says shes not sore anywhere but she usually has boundless energy and she is just sitting on the sofa
