SKIRT HELP!!! PLEASE ANSWER RIHGT AWAY!!!!?

so tomorrow I really want to wear a skirt. I have a nice black dress, but i wore that a week ago as a shrit. I odnt wanna wear it more than once a motnh bcus its really nice. I want to get a plad skirt buti cnat cus its late and I ahve no money ofr a skjirt right now(parents wont giev me any for clothign) how cna i akke a NON JEAN skirt. I would prefer balck. i also ahve a floor length nlakc skirt. Is there anay way I could shortne that wihout fraying the edges? pleas answrer my question. Also i wanna wear my makeup sdarker tomroow but not to dark. I want the skirt to match. and do u think it ould be opk for m to wera fake lether (almost knee high) boots to school(i ahve heals an dnon heals -btoh black)?
