How to fix error w:0000-0008 x:0000-f001 y:20a8 z:0000-0000 id-ffff-ffff?

i got a new router its wireless.i used a wired connection to go on live so i test my connection ,i can connect. but when ever im looking for a match on gow 2 i can find players but cant find an opposing team but if i join my friend party and he is host when matchmaking we can find a game.and its just not that one friend its all of them . plz help.forgive my grammer
