Fix-it citation?

ok so i got a fix-it citation for front tints and blacked out taillights but I can't find the citation i received. I tried looking on the la superior court online citation search and it says its not in the system. it also says that it may take up to 21 days for the citation to show up online. I have already removed the taillights. What happens if i just ignore the citation? apparently its not in their system right now.
