First time writing a poem like this, please critique!?

This poem is very good. There's a few places where the rhythm is off just a tad, but other than that I think its fantastic for a first time poet. I love your creative rhyming structure (AABAB). I haven't seen that one before (which is a good thing). It is a darker topic, but the poem itself is very good. Great job!
