Do you think life these days has become just too sterile with new laws and enforcement coming out of our ears?

ANPR , CONGESTION ZONE , LEZ ZONE , THEORY TESTS , SORN , INSURANCE LAWS , ETC ETC . Ok we have a safer country an all that least thats what we are told but dont you miss the days when you could get away with things at least for a while ......... i mean like car tax you might have been a bit skint that week or MOT these days you drive 20 ft down the road and your nicked . Thats good right but doesnt it make life just a bit sterile isnt there something just a little weird about an oh so efficient society ? Waits for the lectures from the do gooders :)
